Little Italian actuators grow up
Controlli mission has always been centred on the values of experience, competence and quality, directed to the improvement of environmental comfort for end users.
These values, result of 75 years of research and “totally Italian” competence, acquired and preserved through a continuous technological, mechanical and electronic integration, are in the service of OEM’s needs, designers, distributors and installers.
A sensitivity which is reflected in the respect of international agreements and standards, in the control of installation costs, in the research of solution able to look at environment safeguard, at the energetic consumption reduction, at the monitoring of efficiency and at the good plant operation.
At Mostra Convegno Expocomfort 2012 our company introduced the new universal actuator MVE, an electromechanical and very flexible actuator for two and three way globe valves control which can be used in heating and cooling plants, Air Handling Units, district heating plants and industrial temperature control systems.
MVE is a real advantage for installers and dealers as it joins in a single product the possibility to make a proportional control (modulating on 7 different range of control signal) and a 3 point (floating) control. Moreover MVE can be powered by direct-current or by alternating current, so that it has a very flexible range of uses.
It is very easy to install and connect the actuator; it is possible to mount it on all CONTROLLI flanged valves, while, for threaded CONTROLLI or other manufacturers valves, linkage kits are available.
MVE has a very high resolution (500 steps on the full stroke range) for exacting fluid control and it is able to self-calibrate on valves from 5 to 60mm stroke.
An auto stroke calibration function is available; the actuator is able to detect the valve stroke at first start (Plug & Play) and moreover it is able to understand if the valves stroke has changed and, if the change persists, to update the calibration.
MVE is provided with diagnostic functions which, in case of errors, signal the identified problem through 2 LEDs (red and green) placed on the Printed Circuit Board.
A further element of interest for the installer is that MVE actuators are maintenance free.
